Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes how refunds are handled for ASAP Trial Ready and its associated applications (the "Service"), operated by ASAP Trial Technologies LLC. It applies to all paid plans across the ASAP Trial Ready suite.

1. Free Trials

You may cancel anytime before your free trial ends at no charge. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected paid plan begins automatically and the applicable plan terms below apply.

2. Monthly Plans

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time; your access will continue until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for the following month.

3. Annual Plans

For annual subscriptions, a pro-rated refund is available only if both of the following are true:

• The refund request is submitted within the first 30 days of the annual term; and
• There has been no material use of the Service during that period.

After the first 30 days, or where material use has occurred, annual fees are non-refundable.

4. Chargebacks

You agree to contact our billing team at billing@asaptrialready.com before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting billing constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

5. Termination for Breach

Termination of your account for breach of our Terms of Service — including, without limitation, unauthorized uploads of Protected Health Information (PHI) without a signed Business Associate Agreement — results in no refund of any prepaid fees.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund permitted under this policy, email billing@asaptrialready.com from the email address on your account, including your account email and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

7. Governing Law; Exclusive Jurisdiction and Venue

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, Miami-Dade County. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this policy shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and the parties consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
